I’m a psychologist currently specializing in sports and performance psychology. Back in the day I used to be a competitive swimmer, right now my main focus is Crossfit and olympic weightlifting. I have first hand experience regarding the pressure of competitions, which helps me in my work with athletes. I consider it important to have a holistic approach to my work, for which my fitness instructor training is of great help. My goal is to support every sportsman develop and stregthen their mental skills, which are just as important as their everyday physical training. Whether it is about a specific problem that hinders performance, or simply about gaining the greatest possible competitive advantage in the most important situations, I am happy to help.
