I believe that everyone has the potential for development and change - my goal is to work together to unlock these resources. During my university years, I was most closely associated with the Rogersian humanistic approach, which is why I was trained in this approach and try to help people who come to me with as much empathy and acceptance as possible. This is especially important for people with sexual problems, but I believe that every person needs a safe space to talk about their difficulties and fears, so I try to provide that. I am also constantly educating myself so that I can support my clients in their development with the most effective tools possible.
As long as you are breathing, there is more good in you than bad, no matter how hopeless or sick you feel.
